Open Acres Farm
We are a small family farm located in Hartwell, GA. We raise dairy goats,
grow a large garden, have chickens for eggs, and have an aquaponics
greenhouse.
We have have fruits and vegetables for sale when in season.
We sale several goats every year to keep the herd manageable size.
However we always sell out of the kids early for best selection check
with me in the spring. Most buckling that are born are sold as wethers
but, we do keep a small number of quality bucklings to sell as
herdsires.
The herd is mostly nubians with a few alpines and 2 saanen does.
In 2012 we will be offering a selection of the hard to find polled
purebred nubian kids starting in Jan.
